Thank you for shopping with Magic Collective! We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping rates are as listed below.
Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days) - $8.50 or Free for orders over $100
Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days) - $25
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days) - $50
International Shipping - Calculated at Checkout
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first. Magic Collective accepts no liability for third party delivery carriers and their business operations. Best efforts are made to ship orders in a timely manner but Magic Collective cannot guarantee delivery dates. Magic Collective order shipments are subject to the carrier's abilities, inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges (both directions) will not be refunded and the customer bears the cost and responsibility of shipping back the products if the customer chooses to return their order, whether it be due to shipping delay or personal preference.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, reach out to us at shopmagiccollective@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to assist.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Any delays in shipping, additional cost(s), loss of merchandise and/or any and all damages caused by inaccurate shipping information and/or addresses entered by customers is the sole responsibility of the customer.
